  ROYAL FUN RUN (3K and 1 mile) FOR CHARITY:
Run on paved and unpaved roads starting at Royal City Lions Park at 7am for adult 5k run/walk and 8am for youth fun run. Runners and walkers welcome on this relatively flat course partially next to farming ground. Hear the birds chirping!! Run Royal entry form click here to download and return.
 
       
  KIDDIE PARADE (Gather at Methodist Church):
Children need to be at the Methodist Church no later than 9:15am to assemble in parade order.

  GRAND PARADE:

  PING PONG DROP:
Children under 12 scamble for a ping pong ball. Everybody wins. Bring to the SummerFest information booth to pick up your prize. Grand prize is a bicycle. Watch the ping pong balls rain from the sky…..but remember one ball per child. Parents help your children learn to share. Refer to event schedule for drop times.
 
       
  VENDORS/GAMES/FOOD: Take time during the festivities to tour around the park and visit with the many vendors, game operators and food booths that provide a days worth of enjoyment. download here to add your booth, game or food booth to this years festivities.

Clown antics break language barriers with this local group and their anti-drug message.
 
       
  CAR SHOW & RACES:

Excitement is in the air. Start off with a hearty breakfast, "Run for President" and get a t-shirt to prove it, take in the parade with a child, enjoy mariachi, visit with the neighbors. There is something for everyone.

This event prviously known as "Community Days," a unique family event planned and presented by and for the residents of Royal City. It is such a fun weekend that many plan their own gathering around it. Just a few highlights include: Kids and Grand parade, Entertainment & Games, Food and Crafts, Sporting competitions, Ping Pong Drop from an Airplane, Motorcross Demonstartion, Keroke Contests, Vendors and Product Give-A-Ways, Car Show w/ Racing, Water Wars, Royal City Fun Run and much, much more!

Additional information regarding the committee members roster, agendas will be posted on the contact page. Volunteers / participants, as always, are encouraged and welcome! Come meet the committee members, or become one, and share your experiences & ideas. Bring a friend!! All meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m., locations to be announced.
